The DA proposal seeks to release the right of carriageway for the Torrens Title property at 7 and 7a Spencer Street, Gladesville. The applicants have addressed and satisfied the letter from council for exempt development being non-compliant. The existing turning circle is insufficient, dangerous (recent near miss with 4 year old boy and pets), reduces security and provides no privacy to both occupants. There will be no change to the structure of the building or driveway, just the removal of ROW from title.
