Amendments to the South West Priority Growth Area

The NSW Government is seeking feedback on draft amendments affecting the South West Priority Growth Area under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006. The amendments affect precincts in the Camden, Campbelltown and Liverpool Local Government Areas. They include: amending Appendix 1 Oran Park and Turner Road Precinct Plan to insert a definition for the ‘size of secondary dwellings’ and map a transition area to the heritage listed Denbigh Homestead; amending Appendix 8 Liverpool Growth Centres Precinct Plan to correct a zoning error for twelve lots; amending Appendix 9 Camden Growth Centres Precinct Plan to include additional uses in the R2 Low Density Zone, alter the riparian corridor, replace the definition of ‘net developable area’ and correct heritage listing information; and amending Appendix 10 Campbelltown Growth Centres Precinct Plan to correct heritage item numbering.
