Gosford City Centre Special Infrastructure Contribution

The Gosford City Centre Special Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) determination came into effect on Friday 12 October 2018.

The Gosford City Centre SIC helps to fund some key pieces of infrastructure that support development in Gosford City Centre.

A SIC levy of two per cent of the cost of development is required for new development within the Gosford City Centre. This applies to development located on residential and business zoned land that has a cost of development of $1 million and over.

A SIC charge is paid by developers to provide a contribution towards the delivery of key infrastructure.

To confirm your development is within the SIC area and pay your contribution, please visit our SIC Online Service.

For more information about the determination of Gosford City Centre SIC, you can visit the planning website.
