Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan 2010 - planning proposal to rezone part of Portions 123 and 176 Lagoon Road, Lord Howe Island


The Department of Planning & Environment has made a change to the Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan 2010. The change allows Part Portions 123 and 176 Lagoon Road, Lord Howe Island to be changed from Zone 1 Rural and Zone 5 Special Uses to Zone 2 Settlement. Rezoning the land to Zone 2 Settlement will permit structures which have encroached onto the land around Capella Lodge Tourist Accommodation to be approved and retained.
