Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan - Rezoning from Zone 5 Special Uses to Zone 2 Settlement


An amendment to the Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2010 has been made to rezone the Lord Howe Island Board Palm Nursery site from Zone 5 Special Uses to Zone 2 Settlement. Rezoning the land to Zone 2 Settlement will facilitate the use of the site for private purposes.
