Rezoning of land at Catherine Hill Bay from Zone R2 Low Density Residential to Zone SP2 Infrastructure to make sewage system permissible with development consent


The proposed SEPP Amendment is to: transfer the planning controls for South Wallarah Peninsula site from Schedule 3 of the Major Development SEPP to the Wyong LEP and Lake Macquarie LEP; rezone part of the land from Zone R2 Low Density Residential to Zone SP2 Infrastructure to make ‘sewage system’ a permissible use with development consent; and permit exhibition villages in Zone R2 Low Density Residential with development consent.
