State Environmental Planning Policy No 62 - Sustainable Aquaculture (Amendment No 5)


An amendment to the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sustainable Aquaculture) (known as SEPP 62) was notified on the NSW legislation website on 11 April 2014. The amendment updates the reference to the 2006 version of the NSW Oyster Industry Sustainable Aquaculture Strategy (OISAS) contained within SEPP 62 - to reflect the revised 2014 edition of the OISAS prepared by the Department of Primary Industries.
