Transport corridor overlay exhibition - Riverstone and Alex Avenue precincts We have been working closely with Blacktown City Council and Transport for NSW to preserve a transport corridor through the rezoned Precincts of Riverstone and Alex Avenue. We are seeking feedback on an amendment to the Riverstone and Alex Avenue Precinct Plan, part of State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006, to identify this corridor on the land zoning map for the Precincts. The amendment will also include a clause in the Precinct Plan requiring referral of development applications in the corridor to Transport for NSW.
