Amendments to State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006

The NSW Government is seeking feedback on draft amendments affecting the North West Priority Growth Area under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006. The amendments affect precincts in the Blacktown and The Hills Local Government Areas. They include: •amending Appendix 4 Alex Avenue and Riverstone Precinct Plan 2010; •amending Appendix 5 Marsden Park Industrial Precinct Plan; •amending Appendix 7 Schofields Precinct Plan; •amending Appendix 11 The Hills Growth Centre Precincts Plan; and •amending Appendix 12 Blacktown Growth Centres Precinct Plan.
