In March and April 2024 we exhibited changes to help speed up delivery of essential infrastructure in NSW. We exhibited an Explanation of Intended Effect outlining proposed changes to several state environmental planning policies:
- State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021 (T&I SEPP)
- State Environmental Planning Policy (Precincts—Western Parkland City) 2021 (Precincts—Western Parkland City SEPP)
- State Environmental Planning Policy (Planning Systems) 2021 (Planning Systems SEPP).
Thank you to those who have provided feedback. These changes will be delivered in stages, with the first stage of amendments being made to the T&I SEPP in December 2024. These amendments can be accessed here.
The remaining amendments are expected to be finalised and made in early 2025.
