Making wastewater system upgrades easier for Lord Howe Island


The Department is now considering feedback on a proposed change to the Lord Howe Island Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2010. The purpose of the change is to provide residents and business owners with a simple and more efficient process when they upgrade their domestic and commercial wastewater management systems, in line with the Lord Howe Island Board’s On-Site Wastewater Management Strategy.
