Finalisation of Development Control Plan - Northwood Shops

Lane Cove Municipal Council

On 16 November 2020, the final amended Development Control Plan for part of the Northwood Shops (4-18 Northwood Road and 274-274A Longueville Road) were adopted by Council. The Development Control Plan will be incorporated into Part D - Commercial Development and Mixed Use Localities of its existing DCP.

These amendments take immediate effect and may be viewed at Council or www.lanecove.nsw.gov.au
