Voluntary Planning Agreement for 17 George Street Burwood

The draft voluntary planning agreement (VPA) for 17 George Street Burwood provides for payment by the developer of a monetary contribution to Council towards the provision, augmentation and/or improvements of open space, community facilities or other public facilities, in exchange for an additional gross floor area in development on the site.
The draft VPA has been submitted in conjunction with Development Application No. 110/2020, which proposes the construction of a 24 storey mixed use development containing a podium with commercial suite and tenancies, 15 serviced apartments and 60 residential apartments with basement parking.
