175-177 Cleveland Street Redevelopment - Stage 2

I live directly opposite this proposed development and face Eveleigh St. I have noticed that there is a roof garden in this proposed development. My questions are:

- are there any plans to use, or let, this roof area for larger scale functions such as weddings, birthday parties, night time events etc. which could, if noisy, greatly affect my amenity and the amenity of other people who live facing Eveleigh St opposite or next to this proposed development?
- if there are at present no plans for rooftop events are there provisions which would allow events to take place there in future?
- if events could take place on the roof area what safeguards exist for neighbouring residents to protect them from undue noise etc
- are there any restrictions on residents making complaints about such matters as noise arising from this hotel should the situation arise?

Please note: the exhibition end date for this development is 20/11/2015. As yet I have received no written notice of this proposed development. Please also note that written notices were supposedly sent to the residents of my block for the previous development approved for this site but never received by any member of the Strata Committee, of which I have been a long-time member. We are unaware of any other mail problems in recent times in this block.
