I am also objecting to the proposed height of the development. With seven above ground floors and a roof terrace it is higher than any other surrounding development in this area on Parramatta Road and not in keeping with the visual amenity of this part of Paramatta Road.

I don't believe that the proposed development has adequately covered the parking impacts of the development on the local streets.
The traffic study makes the assumption that staff and workers will catch public transport to work in the facility and that the car park will be for patients and visitors. If there is no free parking in the facility for workers they will be parking in the nearby streets such as Cardigan St Stanmore. As a resident of Cardigan St I believe that available parking will be taken up by hospital workers and therefore limit the free parking spots in the street . Parking needs to be provided for workers and staff in the facility to limit clogging nearby streets with worker vehicles.
