Cannot manage basic Coffs Harbour Shire infrastructure financially now how will they service a massive loan ?
We will be gaining nothing new in this building for the amount of money being spent
Promised a Entertainment building 30 yrs ago ...would not the money be better spent on this project ?
Gordon st is definitely not the right street for this monolithic building
The amount of congestion this will create is mind boggling
Definitely do not need new council chambers !!
