This entire building is an inadequately planned and misleading idea that is NOT about culture but rather new council offices. Half of our council along with the General Manager are refusing to listen to the public’s dissatisfaction about this proposal. It HAS NOT been a community lead project for our low socioeconomic area.

Notes
I want a public hearing so that residents can all have their say and the Council will HAVE to listen. The cost of the project more than doubled WITHOUT a reason and WITHOUT community consultation.
