I write concerning my objection around the proposed modifications to SSD-11920082-Mod-1.
As a resident directly affected by this project as i am located across the road in Mainsail apartments i have a particular concern about the proposed addition of a plant room which will be on the CAPA building. This is a beautiful and quite street with both local residents by myself as well as lovely holiday apartments. The addition upwards on the roof shall further denigrate the view making this look like a an ugly commercial or industrial building. Furthermore it is likely that noise will emanate from the roof of the building from the plant room. From my apartment and many who are on second and third floors directly across the road at mainsail this unsightly plant room shall be directly in the view of our front balcony and living areas. I object strongly to this proposal and would ask that common sense and consideration for peace of residents like myself who have lived here for many years would prevail and the plant room would be located out of sight and hearing to the many residents across the road who will be affected.
