As a resident near Royal Randwick Racecourse I am against the project because:
- It will impact the local environment through increased noise and street traffic. Street traffic be considerably worse as the streets are already narrow
- we have a primary school nearby, there will be more traffic during school times
- we already have a stadium, why do we need to make the racecourse available for non-race events

I am writing to formally express my opposition to the proposed changes concerning events at Randwick Racecourse. Following an event held last Christmas for a private client, I found the noise levels generated during the occasion to be excessively disruptive.
Given my experience, I am concerned that approving this proposal will lead to ongoing negative impacts on my living situation. It is crucial to consider the potential disturbances to residents when evaluating any changes to event regulations.
