A project of this size will put too much pressure on the local infrastructure. Each day the traffic build-up on Auburn Road towards Regents Park Station is enormous and would be significantly worse if even 50 more people wre added.
Also during summer & high peak periods we have had blackouts plus the water & swerage system has been significantly under presure for years.
Auburn road is continually lacking in parking due to current commercial & residential premises (including a prayer hall)
I am sure this type of development would also put pressure on all emergency services as it only has access via Auburn Road.

I object to sssd-207248880 my reasons are11 This huge and high development is out of proportion with single level dwellings in surrounding area. 2 .Traffic in ajoining streets is gridlocked in peak time already this will make it inpossible 3.The current buildings are undoubtedly riddled with asbestos with a school accross the road this will cause health problems in the future. 4.With social housing included there will be a big increase in crime'

The surrounding neighbourhood is stable and safe. The amount of build to rent apartment will greatly increase the incoming and outgoing neighbours which in terms will create noises, local security impacts and car parkings issues. I believe the apartment should be sold to stable familiies rather than build to rent. I am also not objecting to affordable housing, but 50% of affrodable housing (0ver 250 apartments) is too much. This will cause security problems, parking problem and social economic problesms

These units will create an unfathomable influx of traffic congestion within the surrounding areas especially aurburn road. There already is a high level of traffic surrounding the 2 schools that this project centres. The condition of these roads are deteriorating as the weather is more unpredictable and the addition of these units will only cause this issue to worsen with the increase of cars. The parking assigned to each unit is not enough which concerns all surrounding residents that their streets will now become car parks. As this area is working class a lot of the homes have utes and trucks parked on the street already. Where will the units and construction workers park their additional cars and visitor cars as well as the retail shops on the ground floor. The 12-13 levels high also is unfavourable for the area with vast majority of these houses being single story 1950s cottages. This development does not assimilate into the design and style of the area and will create a large eyesore as well as shadowing the existing homes. The influx of such a high level of residents also concerns the existing households with local schools already at capacity.
