BASIX emailing error resolved

20 October 2020

BASIX

Several BASIX customers received a 'mail undeliverable' notice when they sent an enquiry to [email protected] last week, between Monday 12 October and Wednesday 14 October.

Customers are urged to check their email inbox to see if they were affected.

BASIX team Leader Mary O’Neill thanked customers for their patience with this issue.

“Thank you for informing us about issues you experienced last week when emailing the BASIX Helpdesk (using [email protected]),” she wrote.

She instructed anyone who had been affected to “please resend the email using the contact us form on the BASIX website.”

“Thank you to those customers who contacted us by phone instead,” she said.

“Incoming calls to ServiceNSW were not affected and those enquiries were received by the BASIX help desk.”

“ServiceNSW have advised us that the technical issue has now been resolved.

“We thank our customers for bringing this to our attention and we apologise to you for the inconvenience this has caused.”
