New functionality 

This release allows for applicants to pay for multiple BASIX certificates in one transaction. This functionality includes the ability to: 

• assign the BASIX Certificate payment to another NSW Planning Portal user on the BASIX summary page
• reject the payment request of a BASIX Certificate. This can be actioned from the ‘Make payment’ menu item on the left-hand side of the NSW Planning Portal dashboard
• make multiple payments in one transaction via the ‘Make payment’ dashboard
• view invoices on the ‘Completed payments’ tab on the ‘Make payment’ dashboard
