Addendum 2 Review of Environmental Factors - Eurobodalla Soil Conservation Works

Mitigation measure 19.6 was incorporated within the REF approval, requesting the following:
Prepare and implement an Interpretation Plan and Strategy which details the Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal history of Moruya and the site.
This measure was incorporated within the REF to directly reflect a recommendation within the Statement of Heritage Impact (SoHI) which supported the Soil Conservation REF, prepared by Comber Consultants and dated December 2022.
The current Heritage Consultants for the project, Biosis, have advised the project team that an Interpretation Plan and Interpretation Strategy are two separate documents. Normally, an Interpretation Strategy is submitted prior to the commencement of works, whilst an Interpretation Plan is completed during construction. The third and final stage, Implementation, needs to be completed prior to completion of works.
