Demolition of existing structures and construction of an eight storey (28.29m) serviced apartment building, including child care centre, retail floorspace and ancillary facilities, and warehouse and office building in two parts:
* Part 1 - construction of 142 serviced apartments including a 30 place child care centre, 50m2 retail space, dining area and ancillary facilities; a three storey warehouse /office building; basemenet and at-0grade car parking for 146 vehicles; public pedestrian through site link; publicly accessible playground; lot consolidation and subdivision into two torrents title allotments; and, associated landscaping and stormwater drainage works; and
* Part 2 - construction of 18 serviced apartments and a swimming pool.
