Alterations and additions to an existing boat repair facility

Designated and nominated integrated development for the demolition of existing boatshed, timber jetty and associated piles and a portion of hardstand, removal of slip rails, existing mast crane and concrete steps and stairs, installation of new marina facility to accommodate five (5) berths; erection of new single storey boatshed, crane, landscaping, parking and fencing.
