The amended DA proposal comprises of the demolition of existing development within the site and for
for the construction of a proposed 20 storey building
The building will comprise a single tower over a podium base , with key features including
:
• 2 levels of basement car parking;
• Ground level commercial parking and loading dock skinned by commercial premises;
• Three levels of above ground car parking for commercial and residential integrated with commercial space;
• 1 8 levels of 1, 2 and 3 bed room residential apartments (184 apartments in total)
; and
• Landscaping of the building and its surrounds including podium communal open space and a pool
