Construction of a stabling precinct comprising of 12 open sided horse stabling buildings to accommodate 888 horse stalls. Construction of a truck parking area, storage and maintenance precinct and managers residence. (The Development Application is a Nominated Integrated Development under Clause 5(1)(b) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations 2000 as approval is required from the Department of Primary Industries Water pursuant to the Water Management Act 2000. The Development Application is Integrated Development under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as approval is required from the NSW Rural Fire Services pursuant to the Rural Fires Act 1997). Note: Liverpool City Council is the consent authority and the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel has the function of the determining authority.
