Development Application - Place of Public Worship

Expansion of an existing place of public worship (mosque) accommodate up to 400 people. The proposal includes the demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a three-storey mosque and associated facilities including: praying areas, wash areas and toilets, kitchen, office, caretaker’s accommodation, women counselling room, teaching room(s), library / meeting room, basement and at-grade car parking and landscaping.
The proposed development is identified as an integrated development requiring an approval from the NSW Rural Fire Service under the Rural Fires Act 1997
