On 12 March 2015 JRPP granted consent for DA 2014/430.
The current modification application DA 2014/430/F is proposing to amend Condition 77 and Condition 83 of the original consent to allow for the gates to open and close as needed. Households located in the proximity of the site on Millwood Ave and Greville Str will be given security cards in order to have access to the grounds and to bush trails. An intercom security is proposed to enable the wider community to gain access to the subject grounds and to the bushland trails.
