Residential Subdivision (1 Lot into 392 lots) in 16 Stages
Hunter & Central Coast Regional Planning Panel
The proposed subdivision was refused by the RPP on 30 September 2020. On 10 September 2021 the applicant lodged a request for review of the determination, pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, as amended.
The applicant has revised the proposal to address matters raised by the RPP in their reasons for refusal. The revised subdivision proposal is for a 393 lot residential subdivision, including roads and other essential service infrastructure (reticulated water, reticulated gravity sewer, stormwater, electricity, and telecommunications), public open space and landscaping. It is proposed that the subdivision will occur in 16 stages. In addition to a revised subdivision plan, a range of amended/updated supporting documents have been provided.
