Shop Top Housing - Concept and Stage 1

Concept Masterplan includes the demolition of existing site improvements, establishment of a building envelope for two mixed use buildings, vehicle access, parking provision and embellishment and creation of publicly accessible open space. Stage 1 includes the masterplan for the entire site, the retention of the existing hotel and the construction of the first residential mixed use tower.
