Vocational Educational Training Facility at Seven Hills High School

Construction of a single-storey building, for the purpose of a Vocational educational training facility (VET) at Seven Hills High School. Proposal includes demolition of minor structures and site works, single level facility featuring various workshop spaces, general learning spaces, covered loading bay, staff facilities, and associated amenities; new vehicular access point off Johnson Avenue; at grade parking for 8 vehicles and 1 bus bay; realignment of existing delivery driveway south of the cul-de-sac; removal of 32 trees and the planting of 40 replacement trees; and associated site landscaping.
