Amend Bega Valley LEP 2013 to rezone some deferred areas of Boydtown (8 dwellings; 0 jobs)

This planning proposal is to amend the Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013 for land at Boydtown as follows:

This site is 504 ha in size and is located on Twofold Bay, 6 km south of Eden.Remove the Deferred Matter status and rezone various land west and east of the Princes Highway, Boydtown from 1(a) Rural General Zone, 1(c) Rural Smallholdings Zone, 6(a) Existing Open Space Zone, 7(d) Environment Protection General Zone and 7(f1) Coastal Lands Protection Zone under the Bega Valley LEP 2002 to E2 Environmental Conservation Zone and E3 Environmental Management Zone with a 10 ha and 40 ha MLS, RU2 Rural Landscape Zone with a 120ha MLS, and RE1 Public Recreation Zone with no MLS.The development potential of Council's proposal for this site is approximately 8 (x10ha) additional lots (NB.
