The planning proposal intends to insert new clauses into Gloucester Local Environmental Plan 2010 to:1. permit eco-tourist facilities with consent in RU1 Primary Production zone,2. permit residential accommodation, tourist and visitor accommodation or eco-tourist facilities in RU1 Primary Production and E3 Environmental Management zones, only where the erection of a dwelling may be granted under clause 4.2A;3. permit boundary adjustments in RU1 Primary Production and E3 Environmental Management zones, where one or more resultant lots do not meet the minimum lot size.
