Muswellbrook

The Planning Proposal aims to rezone part Lot 102 DP 578075 from E3 Environmental Management zone and part Lot 1 DP 1149806 from RU1 Primary Production zone to SP2 Infrastructure (Waste Management). It will also remove the minimum lot size requirement for the land zoned SP2 Infrastructure and introduce a maximum height of 13m. This amendment was previously part of PP_2013_MUSWE_002_00 but was discontinued because RMS raised concerns about access to the subject land in proximity to the proposed Muswellbrook bypass. RMS advised that there have been some changes to the proposed design for Muswellbrook bypass which may have significant impact on these lots. Further consultation with RMS is required to resolve this matter.
