PP to amend Greater Taree LEP 2010 to rezone land at 391 Diamond Beach Road, Diamond Beach from RU1 Primary Production to part SP3 Tourism and part E2 Environmental Conservation (max 30% of total building area to be permanent residential)

The Proposal seeks to rezone 4.35 ha of land at 391 Diamond Beach Road, Diamond Beach from RU1 Primary Production to part SP3 Tourism and part E2 Environmental Conservation with associated development intensity controls and amended Land Use maps. The Proposal seeks to enable the future development and operation of a tourist facility that allows 30% of the gross floor area of buildings to be used for permanent residential accommodation.
