The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Byron LEP 2014 to extend the existing R2 Low Density Residential Zone over Lot 261, D.P. 1262316 and Lot 11, D.P. 807867, and as well rezone the eastern portion of the land to R3 Medium Density Residential. The Planning Proposal also includes an Affordable Housing Contributions Map to enable dedication of land in accordance with Byron LEP 2014 clause 6.18 and Council's Affordable Housing Contribution Scheme.
