Planning Proposal to rezone and amend Minimum Lot Size on Lots at 292 Rosemont Road

The planning proposal seeks a partial rezoning of two lots (with an area of 32.7ha) currently zoned RU6 on the urban fringe of Goulburn to part R5 Large Lot Residential and part C2 Environmental Conservation to encompass flood prone land. A remaining southern section of the site will retain its current RU6 zoning and current 20 ha MLS. Land proposed to be zoned R5 large lot residential will be accompanied by a 2ha MLS.
