The planning proposal (PP) would rezone lot 195 DP 1153110, Wallis Street, East Maitland from RU1 Primary Production to R1 General Residential and E2 Environmental Management under the Maitland LEP 2011.The 40 hectare minimum lot size that currently applies to the site would also be changed. The part to be rezoned R1 would have a 800 m2 minimum lot size apply, while the E2 portion would retain the existing 40 ha minimum.
