This proposal will rezone land at 55 Tallawang Avenue Malua Bay - including corresponding changes to planning controls - from E2 Environmental Conservation to R2 Low Density Residential.
The land was previously zoned for residential development and was inadvertently rezoned to an environmental zone when Eurobodalla LEP 2012 was made.
