Amendment 4 Reclassification and Rezoning of Lot 249 DP711220, 29 Tranquil Bay Place, Rosedale

The planning proposal seeks to reclassify Lot 249 DP711220 from 'Community' land to 'Operational' land under the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993, and to also rezone the land from RE1 Public Recreation to E4 Environmental Living under the Eurobodalla LEP 2012. The maximum building height and minimum lot size are also proposed to be amended to be consistent with surrounding land use. The purpose of the proposal is to enable the subject land to be sold by Council to the adjoining land owner.
