Waverley

The amendment proposes to correct a mapping error to identify the zoning of No. 118 and 118A Bronte Rd, Bondi Junction as Zone B4 Mixed Use. Waverley (Bondi Junction Centre) LEP 2010 (notified on 7/5/2010) zones the subject site SP2 Infrastructure which currently limits the use of the site to Telecommunication Facilities.
