The proposal is to amend Blacktown Local Environmental Plan 2015 to add additional use to allow ‘car park’ on the land for the purposes of an underground car park (Warwick Lane Car Park).
This draft LEP has been excised from Blacktown LEP 2015 – Draft Amendment 10 – Blacktown and Mount Druitt CBD. Draft Amendment 10 – Blacktown and Mount Druitt CBD is one of the 120 LEPs which are targeted to be accelerated. Gateway determination given on 12/4/17. Council resolved to revised the draft Amendment 10 to add car park as additional use on 22/8/18.
