The planning proposal seeks to amend the Cootamundra LEP 2013 to allow the development of 72 Parker Street Cootamundra for the purpose of a commercial printing business. This land use is not permissible within the B3 (Commercial Core) Zone and Council is seeking to allow the proposed land use on the subject site by inclusion within Schedule 1 (Additional Permitted Uses) within the Cootamundra LEP 2013.
