Draft Amendment No 4 Armidale Dumaresq LEP 2008

Draft Amendment to Armidale Dumaresq LEP 2008 under Section 73A of the EP&A Act. The purpose of the amendment is to correct a drafting error and three typographical errors within the LEP:1. clause 15(7)(e) - clarify the intent of the clause to ensure that applications for dwellings can be continued to be considered for the land to which the clause applies after 15 February 2010.2. Schedule 2 Heritage Items - correct the property descriptions for 3 heritage items listed in Schedule 2 of the LEP to ensure that the heritage items are correctly identified in the LEP.
