The planning proposal seeks to rezone Lot 4 DP 954766, 19 Abbott Street, and the adjoining Little Barber Street road reserve, Gunnedah, from R3 Medium Density Residential to B4 Mixed Use. It is also proposed to amend the development standards to align with the adjacent B4 zone by removing the existing 450m2 minimum lot size and applying a floor space ratio of 1.5:1.
