Harden Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 1) - Permit storage premises at 136 Neill Street, Harden

Hilltops

To amend Schedule 1 of the Harden LEP 2011 to permit a storage premises on the site of a disused panel beating workshop and service station (both approved in 1963-64). The site is currently zoned R1 General Residential. The existing building and land of the site will be used to store motor vehicles for a Smash Repairs and Towing business located approximately 800 metres away on the Burley Griffin Way.
