The proposal is to rezone land at 582 and 582A Old Northern Road, Dural from RU6 Transition to R3 Medium Density Residential zone under the Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 and to reduce the minimum lot size controls applying to the site to enable approximately 57 townhouses on the site. The proposal has the potential to facilitate approximately 57 townhouses on the land.
