The planning proposal intends to allow for an increase in building height from 13m to 19m for Lots 301-305 and from 13m to 28.2m for Lot 306. In addition, an increase in the floor space ratio (FSR) from 0.6:1 to 2.5:1 for Lots 301-305 and from 0.6:1 to 3:1 for Lot 306. The site is zoned R4 High Density Residential under Parramatta LEP 2011 and the R4 zone is to remain in place.
