The planning proposal seeks to amend draft Ryde LEP 2014 by: rezoning 2 College Street, Gladesville from R2 Low Density Residential to B4 Mixed Use amending the FSR of 2 College Street, Gladesville from 0.5:1 to 1.7:1; amending the FSR of 10 Monash Road, Gladesville from 1:8:1 to 1.7:1; amending the height controls of 10 Monash Road, Gladesville from 13m to 15m; and amending the height control for 2 College Street, Gladesville to allow for a height control of 13m on the majority of the site and a height control of 12m on the western boundary of the site.
